There is no sizing and NO style variation for the subscription. Style variations and some cosmetics can be purchased individually and will be labeled *non subscription*.

For our subscription:  the 1st of the month, cutoff date is the 5th of the month, shipping is the 15th of the month.

The 15th of every other month.

Included in this box are women’s accessories,cosmetics from our brand Kinkii Kosmetixxx.

We accept non opened packages only due to the nature of our products.We do offer store credit.

No. You can purchase individual looks, those items will be labeled

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however the subscription cycle is 60 days. There are no refunds, only store credit to be used on future purchases. 

Yes. Each subscriber is able to pause their subscription, however, you are only able to do so 3 times before subscription is canceled. If you need any assistance please email us.

If your box is lost in transit:

First, file a claim with USPS. Then email us to see if we can help retrieve the box. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
